Our OG was 1.053, it finished at 1.010. Never got around to dry hopping, but this is an awesome IPA. Big hop flavor.
Here is a calculation for efficiency
Efficiency
Actual Gravity:(1.053 - 1)*1000=53 points
Potential Gravity:(1.124 - 1)*1000= 124.2 points
Efficiency:53.0/124.2*100=42.7%
As calculated at http://www.tastybrew.com/calculators/gravity.html Efficiency
Even though the efficiency was low this is a pretty good tasting IPA. Hopefully all the room for improvement just means that the beer will get better as we improve our methods.
