gleaning some notes off the Widmer Bros. site, I used their notes for Drop Top to see what I should use.
Let's see what happens, I'm sure I'm going to have to change the hops around depending on what Steinbarts has in stock.

definitely needs something different, it's got a tang that I can't identify. it's quite a good beer, but if I do it again I might swap the columbus for the sterling. bring down the bitter on the front end for more aroma and hop flavor on the backend. Carbonation is just about perfect at 12psi, where the Guinness clone next to it might not have enough.
