First brewed this in May of 2007. I am really proud of this one. One of the better recipes I have. This recipe is for a nice smooth american amber. It has a nice simple malt bill and a great clean bittering, overall it is well balanced. I fermented at 74 degrees F for 14 days, bottled with 4 oz of corn sugar and aged another 10 days.
