Holy crap this is a big beer. there is an alcohol feel on the back end that I think a slower fermentation would resolve.
it's dark, and tasty, not too much malt feel on the tongue.
I would brew this again for sure, and pitch extreme amounts of healthy yeast at around 66 degrees just to avoid the high alcohol byproducts.
